PC Sound problem (Not Working)?
The sound is not working on my pc. When i go to device manager there is a yellow ? and when i open it up there is a yellow ? next to Audio Device on HD Audio Bus, Other PCI Bridge Device, SM Bus Controller and Video Controller (VGA Compatible). I've tried to fix the problem re-install, troubleshoot but it's not for sorting. Any advice on the best way way to repair this would be great.

download the driver again from the manufactuers website http://www.computer-adviser.com/pc-sound-problems....

If you have recently re-installed your operating system then it's likely that the drivers for your sound card are not installed. You will need to locate the drivers for your sound card and install them. If you have not then try to see if the drivers are on your computer, right click that yellow question mark by the Audio device and click update drivers. It may locate them on your machine, if not try to locate any discks that came with the computer that may say "drivers"

have you had problems with svchost at all? if you dont know what i am on about, dont worry.
What i do is i completely uninstall it so it dissapears from my computer, i then click my computer name and click search for new devices, it should automatically install again. If it doesnt, you must have deleted the drivers for it in which you will need to download again off the internet!
