Cookies won't be opening new ad windows. You still have either some virus(es) or other spyware/malware that isn't being found. Try Malwarebytes ( http://www.malwarebytes.org/ ), and also run a virus scan. If you are prompted to run a scan at restart, do so; you are likely not removing an infection from a system file that is in use/running when the system starts. I would also recommend running these scans in Safe Mode if possble.

Download and run malwarebytes and superantispyware and update both and let them run and delete what they find. Both programs are great and are worth paying for the full features. Give these a shot and see what happens. Sounds like you may have some malware, spyware and maybe a virus. Make sure you run a antivirus program on your computer and keep it up to date.

It HURTS to read what you people are suggesting to this poor man...
The thing that is causing this is called Adware. Adware stands for ADvertising supported softWARE and its responsible for annoying pop-ups and website redirections.
To remove it, use up to 3 tools from the list - all free ( dont use them at the same time ) :
♣ Malwarebytes AntiMalware
♣ SUPERAntiSpyware
♣ Spyware Terminator
♣ Ad-Aware SE
♣ Spybot Search & Destroy
♣ HijackThis
How to set/configure SUPERAntiSpyware : http://www.ecuhq.com/tested-programs-how...
use-t121.htm
How to use HijackThis : http://www.ecuhq.com/tested-programs-how...
I`d personally go with SUPER, Malwarebytes, Spyware Terminator and Hijackthis. That should clean everything.
Hope it helped.

1 find the file that supports the spyware. (go to your start menu and go to "search". do a search on the name of suspected spyware.)
2 delete it, it'll probably have an error message, if it does then go to the task manager ( ctrl, alt, del) and go to processes find the suspected spyware and end process.
3 go back to the file and delete it. it should go away with no problem.
If that doesn't work then use an antispyware software.

you need to go to start: run: regedit
then go to local machine: software
and delete all the registry keys of crap you arent using. theyll look suspicious, like "RiverRide Gaming" or thing of that nature. If you get rid of the useless registry keys, your problems should end. Also go through your applications via add/remove software, and delete things you dont need.
Remember, just cleaning the registry wont always fix it. If the applications are still installed, theyll simply replace the registry keys that are bugging you. So you also need to remove programs via add/remove programs in control panel.
Then run your anti-spyware stuff again. It's just registry stuff mainly. Also, switch from internet explorer to firefox, and set up popup blocker.

download home edition Avast virus scan, register with them to get the free key, install it,reboot your computer in safe mode, run yYourvirus can, run adaware, run spyware.. it should work, if nothing works, your best bet is save your important stuff and reformat your machine.

Try Avira Anti-Virus from www.free-av.com (Its free :) )
If that doesn't work I suggest Spyware Doctor, it will help clean the infection and prevent future infections
