just right click on my computer, choose properties, choose device manager, , then find the section that says sound devices, click on the plus sign and look for something with a name like AC97 sound drivers

    or something like that

if you find that then just right click on it and choose update drivers, and choose to search online,, if it finds new ones or correct one, it will automatically down load them

if not , contact me and i will help you further,, you will have to try to download it from your manufactures site for your computer

If the sound card came with the computer, go to the web site of the manufacturer of the PC. Look up the computers model and they should have the latest drivers available as a free download. If you purchased the sound card separately, you will need to go to the site of the card's manufacturer for the latest drivers instead.
