Can i delete prior updates to gain space,for a HPLaptop?
Inside "Add and Remove programs" can i delete all those updates that are taking space in my Laptop?

You probably could, but it is something that I would recommend not doing. If you remove those updates, you will vulnerable to attacks and stuff that will specifically target whatever it is that the update patched. I would recommend to get a new hard drive of some kind. Either external or internal would work. The external would be easier to install since this is a laptop we are talking about.

Not advisable at all! Most of them are security updates to patch the hundreds of vulnerabilities in Windows.
Removing them would leave your machine extremely open to attack (virus, malware etc)
