Well it means he could probably fool around with you but he couldn't see his self being committed to you. You two can only be friends... Plus he has a gf there is no way he would leave her for you no offense don't take it personal, you should be his friend try to like some one that doesn't have a gf.

I agree... He's not into you like you're into him (probably). He was probably saying that as a way of saying that he's not into you in that way.

Also, I know you can't help who you like, but it's a bad idea to pursue or try to pursue a guy that's taken. If you do end up with him, who's to say that he won't leave you the way he left his previous girl for you. And if he doesn't end up with you, then you're just wasting your time and getting your feelings hurt for nothing.
