Car has no power to start?
Got to work fine, 15 minutes later went to move my car and I get nothing. I turn the key and nothing happens, no click, no lights, can't turn anything on. I didn't leave anything on, and it was running fine before. Battery connections are good and fuses appear to be good.
its a 98 mustang. most recent work was new tires, alignment, and a new belt.
SteveO - I tried exactly what you said with disconnecting the battery to reset it and it worked. I'll take it in to where I got my belt to have it the starter and alternator checked out. thanks!

Check alternator wires, they tie in with the whole electrical system. If that does not work look at the starter wires, one might be loose. If it is not the wires to either of those you might want to have the alternator tested. You could also try taking the connections off of the battery for about 15 minutes and putting them back on. That should cause the computer to reset.
