    Do cardio, resistance training, diet, drink water, and sleep eight hours.

    Do high intensity interval training. Get your heart rate up for one minute and then slow down for one minute. Repeat for thirty minutes every single day. Try the treadmill first.

    Don't eat processed foods. Stick to chicken, steak, tuna and veggies. Stay away from sugar, flour, soda, and juice. Trade these for 2 liters of water a day.

    Resistance training will help you tone up. Push-ups, squats, lunges, crunches, etc... build some muscle and that will help lose the fat.

    Sleep eight hours ... some of the fat we carry is related to stress. Lack of adequate sleep is stressful on the body. So sleep.

    You should be able to drop 15 pounds in six weeks.

    Lots and lots of cardio. It does wonders for the whole body. If you want to tone up do some sit ups and lift some weights. Eat less sugars and more fruits and vegetables and lean meats and remember to stay hydrated.
