Has anybody used normal citadel paint in the citadel spray gun and are the results ok?

Try thinning it down with rubbing alcohol to the consistancy of cream. Run through airbrush at about 20psi. If that doesn't work, switch to Tamiya acrylics using the above method.

I would think you would have to dilute it, Citadel paints are rather thick straight from the pot, and won't "spray" so much as "drip everywhere and ruin your spraygun". However, I haven't actually tried it, I just buy a can of Citadel spraypaint for basecoating, and do the rest by hand.

I haven't, but it should work fine so long as it's diluted or thinned.
