Is the temperature between 62 and 66 warm?
because i wanted to wear this cute two finger strapped top and i dont want to wear it if its cold. and dont give me an answer like "i live in buffalo new york and up there that is sweltering hot" i live in the east bay area!

but if ur wearing that, just take like a sweater just in case,,,

it depends on what you consider warm i would say this temp would be mild and not warm. so the top you want to wear is a bit under dressed and you will be cold try something else.
