So do you want to come to the party i am throwing? I think now all of your contacts are now my contacts. Would it be ok to use your suspended account for a few days? They usually Leave me in a day or so

Yes, the system does work. It does reinstate accounts on occasion. Congrats on your reinstatement. =)

Yes, the system does sometimes work, here. Not often, but others have appealed their suspensions & won, so you have joined the lucky few.
