There is no logical answer. The boat builder makes boats for those who don't build their own. If he doesn't build one for himself, he does. But if he does, he doesn't. It's a paradox.

logically it must be the boat builder.
You say some people build their own boat. Those who don't get it built by the boat builder. Therefore, if he builds his own boat, then he has built it. If he doesn't want to build his own boat, then he will get the boat builder to build it for him. And he is the boat builder...

I wouldn't buy a boat from a boat builder that didn't build his own boat.
