Why European have a big size of body than Asian ?

It's largely to do with diet and evolution.

Asian people favour carbohydrate over meat and protein, which aids growth. They have also evolved differently over the centuries and possibly did not have the struggle for survival that early European man did.

80% is genetic. Europeans tend to be larger (Samoans too, even more so). Africa has both the tallest and shortest. Asian fall in the middle range. But the variation is small enough that there are Asians taller than Europeans. One theory is that larger people have an advantage in cold weather. The size of game may have been a factor. Famines kill people in the order of largest first before smaller. But the differences among populations is generally not all that great.
