You cant stop your period just because you have a dance coming hun. It sometimes pops up at the worst times. Mine came on my wedding night, trust me I know it sucks sometimes! So a tampon or a pad is how its going to have to be.

Sweetie, no you can't change it like that. You can try a different type of tampon, or a thinner type of pad.

All you need to do is change your tampon RIGHT before you go to the dance. If you are going out to dinner with a date, use the restroom before you leave. This way you don't have to bring in a purse. If the dance lasts less than 4 hours, wear a regular tampon & change as soon as it gets over. If the dance is longer than 4 hours, wear a super tampon for extra strength.

Also, take a Midol or Advil before so you don't get unexpected cramps & get bloated.

You can't make your period stop, of course. Change your pad or tampon more often during the dance, if your worried about it leaking onto your dress which it most likely won't do unless you have a flow like a volcano. Anyway, good luck(:

Eeek thats friggen lame! but yea anyways;; Like the other people said, you only have 2 options.a pad or a tampon.

i personally would go with a tampon because your able to move around a lot easier and if your worried about it leaking then just bring extras or buy a heavier tampon. =] good luck and sorry to hear about your problem.

No they do no longer. the warmth cycle is the precise opposite of the human era. human beings and a few bigger apes are the only animals that menstruate. canines in no way have and in no way could have classes. A ***** has a blood discharge as her physique gets waiting for concept. A human lady bleeds because of the fact she is laying off the liner of her uterus. canine's do no longer do this. canines on well-known purely come into season each 6 months. some canines have longer or shorter cycles and the earliest time for a ***** to have her first warmth is 6 months of age. some have not got it til later. in the adventure that your canine has no longer had hers yet have her spayed and he or she in no way will.

sorry but there's no way around it

**no, there's no way to make it lighter

if you don't like tampons then you're just going to have to wear a pad
