    Of those 4 choices, #4 would be the best as the U.S. has a generally warmer climate than Canada due to the U.S.' more southerly latitude.

    Both 3 and 4 are true. Canada is cooler on the average than the U.S.

    However, Canada does not have any hot arid deserts or tropical forests that are present in the U.S. (including Hawaii).
