    Get Vice City Stories.

Well Liberty City Stories is sort of a connection with GTA 3. I suggest getting that one. However Vice City Stories is more recent so that might be better. It depends on whichever you prefer since they are similar.

You can swim in Vice City Stories, and as you already have III (although LCS has a totally different story) it would be worth getting it. I think it's the better game anyway.

The graphics, missions, etc are all better on VCS.
