Those fish are completely incompatible together-because one's brackish(the puffers) and the other fresh(the oscar), and they just won't get along. Eventually the oscar will be large enough to eat them as well.

And both those fish need larger then a 10 gallon tank. Oscar-a minimum of a 55 gallon. GSP's at least a 20-30 gallon for one, about 40 gallon for two. And no, you can't put a tank divider in a large tank for them, since you won't be able to make a half brackish/half freshwater tank.

I would strongly suggest researching your fish in the future before buying them. It'll save you a lot of time, money, and all around hassle. Good luck!

I'm assuming you have the dwarf green spotted puffers, for which you do not need a bigger tank for. Keep your two GSP's in the ten gal by themselves. Maybe add some ghost shrimp or a few snails if you want to see them hunt for food. Your puffers will go after pretty much anything they can catch. I've had luck keeping a pleco with them, though.

You do, however, need a bigger tank for an Oscar.

I'd also suggest do just a little bit of research online before purchasing your next fish. It could save you some money and a dead fish

How enormous is your tank? there isn't any assure that 2 random Oscars gets alongside interior the restrained area of a smaller tank. 2 men are just about absolute to combat, till one is ineffective. Oscars and green spot puffers are basically no longer properly matched besides, so no surprises there. The pleco could be ok, as long because it quite is larger than the Oscar, and the tank is sufficiently enormous. i could recommend a 90gal because of the fact the minimum to maintain those jointly in spite of the indisputable fact that. Cram them right into a small area and additionally you will see the Oscars territorial and rather aggressive nature truly instruct. Ian

you need to spend some money and buy an 80 gallon tank. Actually two tanks, one 80 gallon for the oscar and at least a 55 for the puffers.

10 gallons for one of those fish is like you living your entire life in a bathtub

You cannot teach fish. Separate the fish, the Oscar is too small. A ten gallon tank is too small for the Oscar, he will not grow.
