but the ship will sink because the villian has an evil masterplan ( sounds cool , by bollywood standards :) ) which involves getting the heroine and her father's multi million dollar business . (flashback . her father slapped the villian many years back.) . oh , and the villian wears a military general's uniform with diamond badges ,etc .

and, finally , the hero and villian are involved in a fight . the hero beats up 20 goons and finally throws the villian out of the ship with a single punch.
