You need to get on your root account and edit your hosts because its probably due to ebay being forwarded in your hosts file.
Login to your box via ssh, you can do this via putty.
DL link:

Log in with your root account and play around with it and try to find hosts.
Once you find it just:
cat hosts
And type stuff like:
vi hosts
edit hosts
emacs hosts
etc.
If you find some other nameserver pointing at ebay or any other site and remove it, the rest of the nameservers that don't really look suspicious to you are the ones you need.
You should probably have about two or so.
If that does not work contact your web host I am sure they can flushdns. And if that doesn't work either, try flushing your dns and clearing cache/cookies. Because this can be because you got DNS spoofed or something.
Good luck.
