It was then taken to the courts and has been dismissed by every court up to and including the Supreme Court. That is the end. There is no place to take this case. A Certificate ofLive Birth is irrefutable and is never rejected when applying for jobs, passports, Hawaiian land, etc. and the Certification would require more extensive verification.

Why does a1961 document have the background and internal fonts of a 2007 CoLB, the border of a 2008 CoLB, white pixellation around the text, a blacked-out document control number, and the word "African" as the race of the father when the word "Black" or "N egro" would have been used in 1961?

And why would Obama produce a document which has ALWAYS, throughout Hawaii's statehood, been issued to children born in foreign or unknown places rather than a Hospital-issued, embossed, sealed, notarized Birth Certificate signed by the attending physician? The latter is quite cheap to acquire unless it is a forgery, in which case it is difficult and expensive.

Why would he spend SO MUCH money and exertioon of influence and power to preempt the disclosure of the real document unless he knows it does not exist (or is in Nairobi) or is an easily recognizable forgery like what he posted?

And why do people think that matters. The document Obama posted states on it that it should be considered prima facie evidence of the facts of birth in any court. It is a legal document that does confirm the details of his birth. End of debate.
