Well, to exchange points, you first have to beat the game, so that you get Bonus Features. Then you have to go into bonus features, and buy whatever you want with the points you have. Oh, and you can get points from playing in Mercenaries mode, or from playing missions (you get more points at the end of each mission, depending on the rank, and difficulty)

Hint:

Upgrade your guns all the way, so that when you get enough points, you can exchange them for unlimited bullets (for the gun you upgraded all the way). Also, if you upgrade the crappy guns completely, like the very first machine gun that is available to you, or the very first shotgun then they will be less points to get unlimited bullets, then the guns that are good, which will be from 15,000 + points.

after you have completed the game you can play "mercenaries" mode in which you must kill as many enemies in a row under a time frame, if you play an average game you will earn 600pts if you play poor you will get about 200pts ,

my advice would be to not exchange any points for "figures" (which are just model characters of the game that you can zoom into and rotate 360) since you can upgrade a weapon to the max and then exchange points for that weapon for it to have unlimited ammo ,the L hawk gun is about 15,000pts others are over 20,000pts, so you best use the points wisely
