Kamu bisa memakai 7Z . 7z mampu membaca (extract) format WinRAR dan mengkompress file dalam format 7z, ZIP dan sebagainya.

Kalo pake windows, bisa dicoba winrar, walau bayar dan saat evaluationnya abis masih bisa dipake buat extract..
atau bisa dicoba juga PeaZip, coba buka webnya http://peazip.sourceforge.net/ yang ini free
Kalo pake linux terutama fedora, coba install unrar
