What guitar should I buy next?
I want another guitar, my budget is around 1180 euros and i will probably buy off www.thomann.de, i cant make my mind up, either a Gibson SG Standard or a Les Paul studio, i already own a great stratocaster, help me out, i play blues rock and jazz, looking for a Mike Bloomfield type of tone, and i know it will be hard with that budget!

Simple, get a Telecaster. A Stratocaster is a great guitar too but completely different. A Tele is great for blues, rock (solo to Stairway to Heaven), could (at a pinch) handle jazz (neck pick-up with the tone down a touch). Didn't Mike Bloomfield play a Tele or am I thinking of someone else?

Personally I wouldn't buy a guitar picked out of a warehouse by someone at Thomann.I don't play much electric guitar now,but for that money I'd find room for a nice 2nd hand Gretsch.

if it was me i'll but a gibson sg,
angus young swears by them, they can be rock and bluesy, just live to let there be rock by ac/dc
I own both guitars you asked about but to be honest, the les paul is gathering dust in corner,i haven't played it for a long while, the sg in my opinoin has a much fuller richer sound, hope this helps.

What about a Jackson or and old Harmony. I have an old Harmony and it has a great bluesy sound to it.
