When am I going to see results?
Im 5'2, 15 almost 16 years old, I weigh around 122 but it flucuates from 120 to 125. Ive been excersizing everyday ( running about 45 minutes, crunches, jumping jacks, sit ups). Ive also been eating a little bit less and I am on the softball team. 2 months ago I was around 117 and I wasnt doing any of this. Why have i gained weight? and how long should it take for me to get down to 110?

muscle weighs a lot more than fat. So the muscle you have gained is what is making you heavier. But it's a good, healthy heavier. Not a bad for your heart heavier.
And just keep working at it and you may get down to 110. Your body's healthiest weight though may not be at 110. It may be at what you are at now.
Just keep doing what you're doing and good luck.

Five pound flucuations are normal. YOUR A WOMAN! it happens (water weight at certain times of the month) But to answer your question. First, do you know what your body fat percantage is? If you are lower than 18% body fat (normal for a fit woman) your muscle could just weigh more! (it weighs more than fat) but hey lets say you have some excess body fat, ok lets look at what you are eating. First I want to say your fitness comitments are great. Now do you eat a lot of compound sugars, fat, carbs? or do you not eat enough. Here is my suggestion on an eating plan:
Breakfast 50 grams of protien (get a good shake mix but note the carbs they take away from your protien)
Snack (about 10 am) Fruit. Oranges, grapefruit, strawberries.
Lunch Protein such as chicken, fish, even meat. plus green leafy vegtables. A salad with a light vinagarette dressing with tuna fish is perfect.
Snack 50/50 carb and protien. Cottage cheese, whole wheat crackers with tuna or patte. Vegtable sticks with ranch dressing (don't get fat free you are just increasing your sodium)
Dinner Chicken, fish , meat with vegtables.
Stop eating 2 hours before you go to bed. You need to be drinking enough water. Take your BMI and times it by 2 that is how many ounces you need to drink a day. Also there are things that could be stopping you:
SodaPop STOP DRINKING IT IF YOU DO I DON'T CARE IF ITS DIET IT IS LOADED WITH CARBONATION AND THAT BLOATS YOUR STOMACH IT IS POISON TELL YOURSELF THAT EVERYDAY!
ALCOHOL I AM NOT JUDGING BUT ALCOHOL HAS TO BE FILTERED THROUGH YOUR LIVER, THAT IS THE SAME PLACE EVERYTHING ELSE IS FILTERED AND IF YOUR LIVER IS BUSY FILTERING ALCOHOL IT WON'T FILTER THE TOXINS OUT OF THE FOOD YOU HAVE EATEN.
SLEEP EVERY NIGHT 7-9 HOURS, SOUNDS STUPID BUT YOUR BODY CAN'T PROCESS YOUR NUTIRENTS IF IT IS TIRED.
