I know this is a stupid but can anyone recomend a diet pill?

I have been dietingband exercizing and want to lose mroe wieght quick for a Vegas trip I know there are no mircle and I am doing the work. I would like to hear what has worked for other people

    Diet pills aren't good for you. But I used to take an appetite suppresant called Adipex that worked really well. I lost 13 pounds in 5 weeks by taking those, walking for 30 min a day and drinking lost of water and eating healthy.

    If you're looking to lose weight quickly, try the Sacred Heart Soup diet. If you follow it exactly you can lose 10-17 pounds in one week.

    Always ask your doctor before starting any new meds/pills or diets though!

    Forget the diet pills.

    Try this.

    Super quick tone up plan.

    45 minutes of strenuous cardio exercies. I mean strenuous, panting, even your forearms and stomach are sweating..

    Do this for 6 days straight for two weeks.

    Three of those days grab some hand weights or a couple water bottles filled with water and frozen.

    Stretch after your hard cardio workout. Next do as many lunges as you can before your legs nearly give out until you are too weak to do another. Repeat with the other side. Next do as many squats until you are shaking. Stretch throroughly .

    Repeat

    Do legs kickbacks and as many leg lifts as you can again.

    The main things is to work out for two weeks so hard that your body nearly gives out.

    Be sure that you stretch very very thoroughly afterwards.

    Eat foods low in sodium, no salt shakers, no chips no lunchmeat, no canned soups.

    Drink plenty of water.

    Don't take diet pills, they are dangerous and don't address the root cause of your excess weight. Even herbal ones are not safe (and I'm an herbalist)

    We are all misinformed about what is healthy eating. Read "The Asian Diet" by Jason Bussell. If we eat like the Asians, we will look like them (thin). When they eat like us, they look like us (not thin).

    Calories don't matter. Salad isn't good, dairy isn't good, diet soda's aren't good, supplements aren't necessary, excessive exercise isn't good, and starving yourself isn't good. Eat simple natural foods, mostly cooked. Eat a little meat (all types). Chew your food well and get a moderate amount of varied exercises every day. Drink green tea with most meals (avoid ice-cold drinks). Balance and moderation are the keys.

    The book also has great advice for how to be happy according to Chinese philosophy.

    mkay :] dont do vitamin drugs...they appear to be temorary and can mainly make you free weight speedy however wont hold it off.. for activity, whatever is higher than not anything, so get off the sofa and dance on your fav track, do pushups, crunches, leg lifts, ect. muscle burn extra energy than fats. jogging, swimming and leaping rope are foremost calorie burners (dont disregard to stretch!) avert junk meals and candies. however ensure to have them as soon as in a whilst (like a couple of times every week) consume tons of vegetables (carrots/lettuce have little or no energy) additionally, culmination and lean meats are well. complete wheats and tricky carbs and well fat (yeah you want fat! haha) to stick that manner, simply make it a healthful LIFESTLYE alternative, so its extra long run, no longer only a rapid vitamin, for those who do a rapid vitamin then you're going to achieve some of the weight again... ensure to not placed an excessive amount of stress on your self regardless that... well good fortune!     I like to use slim shots to kill my hunger. Used properly, twice a day - I ate what I should be eating and no more. The taste gets harder to take after a week or so though but its not bad. Best wishes.

    diet pills mess up your bodies way of being...i honestly reccomend eating healthy and exercising, it's the key. if you want fast results try running, running is the fastest way to lose weight

    don't take pills!! they are not good for you! there is a reason why they arent approved by the FDA: they don't work

    eat healthy and work out everyday for at least an hour.
