I'm thinking about moving to Brighton?
I'm thinking about moving to Brighton. I work in London. What sections of Brighton would you recommend? Also, are the real estate prices pretty good there now? Have the prices come down at all? Thanks

Brighton and Hove is a cool place to live - prices have come down - i live in Hove and houses that were £750k last year are now going for £550k - Best is Hove - if you look on map and find New Church Road - properties either side are nice areas to live, and only 5 mins walk to beach. Withdean , properties at the Marina , Poets Corner, properties either side of Dyke Road and Patcham are nice areas.
sorry to people who live there but avoid Whitehawk, Moulscoomb and Bevingdean

its a very popular place to live but its not called london by the sea for nothing very expensive, prices have dropped slightly but still very high . the further u go out of the town centre the cheaper it will be but then of course u have transport costs. would recommend ditchling road area, patcham, westdene, hove.
