I have 4 LB of ITALIAN sausage (ground) - ANY suggestions what to do with it?? LOL?

I'm sorry, I never cook italian food and when my sister gave me this I didnt want to be rude:) What is your fav way to eat this??

    Make meatballs out of it and make a meatbull sub.

    saute some tomatoes,greenpeppers,onion then fry the sausage in the same pan you suated the vegetables on low (olive oil). Put in italian bun topped with vegetables.

    add to ground beef t make meatballs,meat sauce. Brown and scramble with eggs top with mozzarella cheese. Combined with ground beef it goes meatloaf pizazz. you can even make into patties for sandwiches!

    make meatballs for spaghetti or a bun for a meatball sub or cook it and put it baked ziti, on top of pizza

    SPAGHETTI!!!! You can make lasagna or ravioli with it!
