Do I need to take vitamins?

Lately, I've noticed that the skin on my face has been very dry and flaky, and my fingernails are brittle and peeling. Should I start taking a vitamin? If so, are there any recommendations? Thanks!

    i dont know about vitamins... but protien is what helps the hair and nails, if you eat more protien or take some protien pills, your nails should grow more and get stronger, and i would just put facial lotion on your face. why dont you go to a vitamin store and ask the worker will help you.

    you need more if you train at the gym cause ur body depletes 'em..multis are a waste of time cause they break down at the same time and some cancel each other out....try A,C,E, and a B-complex spread out over the day
