How do I get away from Yahoo Answers addiction? Help!?

I like the idea of finding something else to replace your addiction. Watching tv or reading a good book are always good options. I go on here often enough, but I don't consider myself to be an addict as this site isn't that interesting and it's mostly the same questions asked over and over again with a little variation. Don't you have a job or school work? If not those may also be viable options. Peace!

I'm becoming the same

I used to come on here very little, now it gets longer everyday

my questions only get one or 2 answers which is annoying but i deal with it

no one i know wants to help so why would strangers

I dont think you should smash you computer, just try find other things to do

i am inlove with Yahoo Answers something chronic.

it does my head in because i try to do school work and i get distracted by this site.

i must say though that im REALLY tired of the guys constantly asking if their penis is big enough.

but yeah,,

oh by the way, i havent tried smashing my computer and to be honest i dont think it would work because then i would have to use my boyfriends and just come back onto here anyway

It really depends on how big the rock is. If its at least half as big of the computer, and you use enough force, your problem could be solved. However, I find that punching, smashing, or just shooting your monitor would be easier!

Here's my advice to you. Feed on your Y!A addiction. You'll find it rewarding when you reach level 7 within a few months. I'm an addict on Y!A when I started a coupla months ago at level 1. Now I'm level 4.

same thing happens to me, i answer a billion questions and get not a single reply.

as to the smashing computers over a rock...

make sure its a hard, sharp rock

If you don't have a job get one, if you do, work more.

Maybe try turning pc off, read a book, watch a dvd, go for a walk.

but throwing the computer out won't do any good.

just refrain from the room where ur computer is, or try not to think about Answers, or block the site, or punish yourself everytime you go here, or reward yourself for every time you dont get on here

Find something to replace it with. Reading, watching movies, drawing, knitting, etc. Doesn't matter what, just find something more positive to do.

i use to be addicted myself, soon enough about 3 months it'll get boring to you, so don't worry
