Why are people not potesting the Government who gave AIG the permission to receive these "Pay off" bonuses?

THIS is the perfect question...and gets to the crux of the whole problem.....the bonus's of AIG are an OUTRAGE!!!...that is tax payer money being awarded to the very execs who ran it into the ground.....HOWEVER!!...AIG did NOTHING illegal!!!...the VERY people who are faining outrage about this are the very people who wrote the legislation ALLOWING THEM TO GIVE THE BONUS'S!!!...and NOW they are whipping up anger and hatred TOWARDS these execs and their families to the point to where they are now under DEATH THREATS!!...regular employees are told not to wear any AIG lingo on their clothing now because of the death threats thanks to the President of the United STates and his Oz monkeys IN CONGRESS!!!!....THINK about this people...the president and congress drumming up such hate towards private citizens of the United States for ANY reason...but for them to do this hateful display against citizens because of something that THEY THE GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO HAPPEN AND KNEW IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN...THIS is the real OUTRAGE!!...and this is dangerous!!!....this is the evil games Hitler was playing in order to gain power, and this group is no better then they were...if ANYONE should have to pay back those bonus's it should be Obamamessiahmaster and his Oz monkeys in congress!!...if you think I"m showing disrespect for our president and congress YOU'RE RIGHT!!!..I HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR THEM!!!....WAKE UP AMERICA!!

If I told you what I really wish would happen to the new government, my answer would be deleted. The Obama Administration is responsible for allowing the bonuses. And the protest is building. The April 15th revolt will be a wonderful sight to see and I can hardly wait. You will have to tune in to Fox News to get any information on it, because it will mostly likely be downplayed by the liberal media.

I would personally love to see the Big 3 (Obama, Pelose, and Reid) get what they deserve. They are only looking out for themselves. We the citizens don't even matter to them anymore. All this protesting is just a coverup. They would rather you focus on the milions in bonuses, than the TRILLION dollar giveaway that they are pushing through. It's their way of taking the focus off of them, and on to the Capitalists who gave out the bonuses.

People are protesting, but they are picketing the wrong people. Some of the AIG bonus recipients have recieved death threats.

They are private citizens, we have no right to know who they are or where they live or how much money they make.

Thanks to the media, however, people have been duped into believing that we, the American taxpayer, have any say about any of this. And we've been duped into thinking that poor Congress just didn't know, they are innocent bystanders.

All other companies who want a government bailout, take note.

People are. The politicians get on TV and lie about it. The willing accomplices in the left wing main stream media do not call them on it.

Listen to conservative talk shows on the radio. People are mad at Congressmen for all of the sinful waste packed into the stimulus bill.

I agree with Epic Penguin. Better yet, just give the American people the names and addresses of all the AIG execs that received bonuses. All these large companies have life insurance policies on their key execs, so it might actually alleviate some of the taxpayer burden to the corporate welfare recipient, AIG.

i'm going to agree w/greatrightwing guy, excellent question on your part, more people need to understand this for what's it's worth...this country is getting into dangerous territory here as of late, so we had better be careful what we wish for !!!

Everyone is, but no one has yet gone to Washington. Probably because the economy is crap and no one could afford the flight. I think that someone should go shoot up the AIG headquarters and just take their precious money.

They are. That's what the tea parties scheduled for April 15th are about.
