The same places you take them during high school.
The SATs are offered at certain times in many locations across the country. Often, they are offered at high schools. However, they are not limited to the students in the schools--anybody can register for the tests, no matter where they are offered. So you can take the exam at any test location near you.
You can find the test dates online here:

The SAT and ACT are tests you take in high school. Usually people take one or the other because they have different formats. The SAT is split into 3 sections: math, verbal (reading comprehension & vocabulary), and writing (grammar & short essay). Each section is 800 points = 2400 point test. The ACTS test on all this and also involve science. This test is based on a 35 point scale. But i heard that the ACTS are easier than the SATS. These test scores are necessary for most colleges when you apply to them. It's the standard they use to compare you to the other high school students in the US. A lot of students take the SAT and ACTs more than once to get the highest score that they can get. On average, I think kids usually take it 2-3 times? The GMAT, IT, MCATS, and LSATS are all tests that you take once you get into college. They are used to get into certain graduate schools, medical schools, and law schools. Depending on if you want to go to graduates school after your first 4 years of college, you take one of these tests. These tests don't affect your GPA at all. GPAs are just your average based on your academic work in school. All of these tests do not affect it, but are an indicator of how hard you work in school. Hope this helps!

SAT and ACT are both for people who want to get into undergraduate school, you have to take one of them. Some people take both because they might be better at the ACT than the SAT or vice versa, (for example the SAT focuses more on vocab while the ACT focuses more on grammar). You have to take the GMAT, LSAT, IT, MCAT for graduate school (if you choose to go to graduate school) and you only have to take the one you majoring in. So if you're planning on being a lawyer you would take the LSAT, and you wouldn't take the MCAT. I think you can take the SAT and ACT at any grade but most do it in their eleventh year. And they are seperate from your gpa.
