computer pop-up problem?

When I connect to the internet ( Windows XP ) I get a "pop up" called "Internet Explorer Unhandled Exception" it shows module with some strange Numerials. Version Info; unicode; v, 4, 0,5,1

call stack; ?? if, I close or click X, It knocks me Out of the Internect connection and I have to re-connect every time! help, please, Thanks.

    i know u didn't google this --coz i did please look on google before u use ur disc to repair
