Older electric stoves help?
i hate to sound like a moron. We just moved into a new appartment. and the stove is a very old electric one. i know how to turn on the burners but i dont know how to turn on the stove. there are two knobs. One says Thermostat and the other says Selector. what do i put both on??

Thermostat will mean the temperature control, and the Select will govern whether you use the upper or lower elements.
Just check that out.
