Gilbert Arenas is coming back... any opinion on how he'll be?
I think he's gonna start and I think Haywood will be back by the Cleveland game in the Verizon Center too, since that is our only true marquee game left at home. The coaching staff shouldn't "manage minutes" like they did last year and just let him play if that's what Gil wants to do.. Even with Arenas and Haywood back, I still think the Wizards will probably lose because of chemistry issues though I wouldn't be surprised to see them win, but at least we can see how this team could look next year minus the draft pick.

Haywood and arenas will both play in cleveland...well win by 20 pts.
And they know how to play together..chemistry issues only occur with new players.
He'll come back and Be a beast. Well win the championship next year. I wonder who well pick in the draft. Haywood is our bigman.

If it was me personally. I'd let Gil play for a bit. If he was hot right off the bat, I'd keep him in and let him have some fun and hopefully give some hope to the Wizard faithfuls for next season.
I just wouldn't let him play too much against Cleveland because of the physical style of play. I don't think Washington fans or the franchise could take another season of Arenas being out because he played the last few games of the season.
I think he'll be okay, but any player with that long of a break from playing real time basketball will be a rusty to down right awful. I think Gil will be a little bit rusty.

I think he'll play, but won't start off right off the bat. I think they will probably play him late first quarter. Gilbert will bounce back fast, but he doesn't need to bounce off too fast and get injured again. He'll play and actaully put up a decent game and even lead his team to a victory.
For the rest of the season, I don't think they should play him much because the Wizards need to get there team and there chemistry back together next year. Brendan Haywood doesn't have any plans of returning, and he probably will next year.
As for next season, I think the Wizards will be great playoff contenders because, Arenas will be back (hopefully) and Haywood will be back and playing as they did when they were a playoff team. Also, they will probably get a good draft pick depending on who it is, and with that guy they could develop into a great team next year.
Overall, Arenas will bounce back and I'm glad because he is one of my favorite players to ever play the game and he could probably have a few great years in his prime (hes only 28 right now). With Haywood coming back, and a draft pick they will be unstoppable next year. Also, they shouldn't play him too much as they need to get him prepared without injury.

What up Ball do not lie, in case you have been given a decision between the two to construct your franchise around who could you %.? you may build around Arenas. Jamison has consistently been extra of a function participant and an extremely solid #2, or #3, Arenas for the reason that he got here into the league and have been given his threat to play- has been the #a million. i understand Arenas' injury final 12 months- brings to question no rely if his presence ruins the chemistry of the Wizards and in that way you may desire to argue that Jamison is extra efficient than Arenas... yet around the league -- Arenas is extra particularly valued and if the Wizards do not supply Gilbert that variety of economic institution- they could lose him to somebody else who will- yet there is not a team available that could desire to pay $15 million plus in keeping with 12 months for Jamison. i think of four yrs- $50 million remains a rather darn reliable settlement for Jamison. I think he'll probably be playing a little rusty. It's been a while he hasn't played.
