Preferably something that travels well, or can be assembled quickly, and that is inexpensive.

Take a box of brownie mix (not the kind with the fudge package) and follow the package directions.
Mix in two teaspoons of ancho chile powder* and two teaspoons of cinnamon
Bake according to the package directions
If you don't have or can't find ancho chile powder, cayenne will do the job but use a teaspoon and a half because it has a smokier taste.

Depends on how your chili tastes... what kind is it?
5-alarm, burn-both-ends, super-crazy-hot chili definitely needs something cool, calm, and soothing- French Vanilla ice cream...
Mild sweet chicken chili.. you can be a little more imaginative. Maybe try something with fruit or cinnamon.

definately a sorbet, the sweetness & coldness with counteract with the hot chilli, finishing off the meal perfectly!!
