In the book the odyssey, what are some examples of how odysseus a "bad" leader is selfish?

I would prefer information for the books 9-12 and 21-23. And not the illiad! Be SPECIFIC if possible!

Parts excluded:

Lord Helios' island

Calypso

Cicones

Hermes appearance on Circe's island (everything else about Circe is included)
