I've had a bad headache for the past 3 days, I'm feeling dizzy, my vision is blurred, and I feel like fainting?

I have had this really bad headache for like the past 3 days, and I've never felt any headache-related symptoms like these. My vision is blurred and I can hardly see. I feel light-headed and very dizzy. And worst, at any given time, I feel like I'm about to pass out, so I've basically been laying in bed whenever I get home. Can someone please tell me what's wrong with me? This is scaring me and I think it might be more than just a headache. It's been 3 days, and it just gets worse by the day.

Update:

Keep in mind, I am a 19 year old living with Epilepsy. I've been having epileptic seizures ever since I was 11 yrs old, but it is controlled by medication. Before having a seizure, I never have had a bad headache, just rapid heartbeat and trembling of my arms and legs. But this could definitely be neurological since I already have those problems to begin with.

Hopefully this will help. It sounds like you have somewhat low blood sugar. I get like this a lot. I find myself having to sit down a lot during the day. When you stand for long periods of time, make sure to bend your knees a lot. Don't just stand there with your knees locked, its a recipe for disaster. If you have to sit down, put your head between your knees. Also, make sure you eat lots of little things during the day such as orange juice, cheese and crackers, bananas, or other naturally sugared foods. Don't eat too much candy-like sugars, make sure you get real sugars. I would always carry a snack and water with me. Most headaches are from dehydration anyway, so get your water! Hope that helps! (By the way, I am not a doctor, and if this doesn't help, try seeing one!)

Go the the emergency ward at your hospital!

If a headache persists for more than 12 hours without stopping - and you've taken medication (tylenol and advil) you have a problem

The other symptoms could be caused because of

extreme lack of food - Eat something

a blood clot slowing blood to your brain

or any other number of things

    I'm not an M.D.

    Go see one!

Go to the dr. It could be a migraine. Migraines can be very debilitating. Or something worse. Any time your dizzy and have blurred vision associated with a headache it is a very good time to see a professional.

See a doctor..........but in the mean time take a couple of aspirin. The bigger the better 325 mil would be good..........you can take up to 4 every couple of hours........you want to thin the blood to be safe. Drink some water also............and don't worry yourself sick.........just take the aspirin.
