Can I use Acrylic(fabric Paint) on Glass bowls?

I have 3 square shaped pyrex bakeware dishes. Can I decorate it with my acrylic paint and still use it in the microwave /oven? I want to use them as bake and serve dishes but do not want the brand name on the handles.

If yes, any tips/ideas for painting? :-)

You'll need to use special paint such as Pebeo's Vitrea 160 or Liquitex Glossies and then bake it on to "set" if for future use in the microwave and washing in a dishwasher.

Besides not surviving the oven, acrylic paints would flake off smooth glass anyway.

Craft stores sell special paint for glass. Just read the labels to double-check how much heat the paint can handle.

Paint made for glass. It's permanent. Any craft store.
