Usually no income = no taxes.
Did you receive the 2008 stimulus check? If not, you are going to want to file with income $0. You will think get a $300 stimulus check.

Unless you're leaving something out here, you don't need to file at all. If you had interest income and received 1099's, you should file even tho your taxes will be $0.

Here is some info on who has to pay taxes. I am far from a tax expert, but If you have no income I don't see why you would have to pay taxes? I hope this helps!

No income = no tax return.

If you had no income, then there's no need to file or reason to file, you won't get anything back.
