Go to your 360 page. The one you have is not the right one. You need to make a Yahoo 360 account. Once you have one, upload your picture by going to ''My page'' (top of page). Click ''edit personal photo''. Browse through saved personal picture of you in jpg. format Saved on your pc. Once you have selected picture, set as primary and click ''Save''. You have your picture ready. Then, go to your Y!A profile, go to ''edit my profile'', click ''Use my yahoo 360 picture'', scroll down and press ''preview'' and then ''OK'' in the next screen. And you're done. If picture does not appear, it will take a few hours to a day, to finally show. If not, refreshing the page will help. But you shouldn't have a problem.

Instead of using the pic off of your 360 yahoo is going to start using the pic off of your profile. If you do not have a profile don’t worry. You can still get an avatar off of Y!A and use it. The ones who already have a avatar will not be affected by it.
