    there loads of legal ways.

    including avg (which i think is crap)

    but there are illegal ways to.

    by getting antivirus software such as no name (Kaspersky) and using the free trial. then you can keep getting the free trial reactivator

    as kaspersky is the best antivirus for early virus detection

    there are a lot of good free virus protectors out there try a few out

    and see which one works for you,also get a good firewall.

    i use threatfire antivirus&comodo firewall windows firewall is no good.
