burning in the back of my leg when I stretch should I keep stretching? and how do I get rid of it?

    NO you are fine! if you never stretch its normal ( Danced for 13 years).

    the trick is to hold each stretch for a minimum of 12 seconds. after a few days, you will notice that burning going away!

    if you pulled somthing(from experience) you would be into much pain to even try the stretch or walk w/o limping

    It sounds like you might have a pulled muscle or inflammation. Rest it for a couple of days, and if it doesn't get better, see a physiotherapist.
