hi i m truck driver and i have to lift boxes i don't know but my neck pain is too much bad and some time it's move on my shoulder, i went to the doctor they checked and done bloodtest they found thyroxine.i m on tablet now but it doesn't work i feel heavy head,stiff neck pls help me
