I have a Class A IP Address which is not reserved for Home/Small Businesses?

My IP is 58.106.x.x which isn't classified as a private Class A IP address.. Is this a bad thing, or should i not worry about it?

    Why should you worry? Where did you check that "reservation" ? this is an IP that Internet Service Provider gave to you. depending on your plan it might be static (will not change) or dynamic, x.x part might change upon router/server restart.
