also , try some blog sites . many people use them to make their own websites . eg. http://blogger.com/ .

both sites mentioned above allow ads .

You can go through Google .. they will provide you step by step process to make your own web site.. And once you create that you need to publish your site.. in order to do that you need a web hosting provider, there are free web hosting companies in the market but the best thing is to pay the minimal fee and go for a reliable one.. If you mean a web page you can use Microsoft Office Word. When you have what you want save it as an html file. The nice thing is when you center things, add graphics or pictures where you want them, the html file will be exactly how you did it with Word. Then all you need is a free web site to upload your web page files to. The html file name should be index.html

I believe you can do a free one at geocities.com right on line to get started, then work on it off line (off the web site) You can also download free web page templates from the internet and modify them to suit your needs.
