Who would make this decision?

For a professional selling course in college, we are required to do a role play assignment in which we choose a product to sell business to business.

My product is Gatorade and I am considering Dick's Sporting Goods as my buyer. My sales objective is to convince Dick's to add Gatorade to their product assortment.

Who makes that kind of decision? Is it a purchasing manager? A CEO or other higher up? Please help me out.
