Any body good with fruity loops or music simulators in general?

I'm trying to load a track that i ripped from a cd but when i load it in fruity loops and play it it doesn't have sound.

Update:

cool its an mp3 but im not trying to edit it or i mean rip anything im just trying to put bass on it and then save it

    We'd need more information. Is it an .mp3 or .flp file?

    Editing a song isn't as simple as importing it as an MP3 into FruityLoops. You'll need to use other programs to break it down into its component parts. ReCycle and Audacity are two of my favorite programs for that purpose.

    Soundforge from sonic foundry is a better software for music than fruityloops, try using it...
