Quick question on how to quote,,,?

"Her relaxed fashions, short skirts, and casual look were in sharp contrast to the corset fashions popular in the previous decades. She introduced pea jackets and bell bottom pants for women. She was still working in 1971 when she died. Her natural, casual clothing caught the eye - and purses - of women."

All I need from that is

"Her relaxed fashions, short skirts, and casual look were in sharp contrast to the corset fashions popular in the previous decades. Her natural, casual clothing caught the eye - and purses - of women."

How do I properly quote that in MLA format?

Do I need to put the [...] in between the 2 sentences?
