Size is relative.
22 GB is small for a hard drive
22 GB is huge for an image
22 GB is normal for a very high quality movie
22 GB is huge for a text file
22 GB is a little large for a high-end game

Not in terms of hard drive space. For $140 Canadian, I bought a 1000 GB (1 TB) hard drive. My music collection is 30 GB and my video collection is 300 GB at the moment.

For software or a single file, yes. In terms of disk space, it's pretty insignificant.
