need help with my smart phone?

i have a smart phone and it has a connection of WI-FI/LAN(1.0Mbps) does that mean i can get free internet and if how???

    If it has Wi-Fi, then most likely yes. There should be a setting that searches for wireless (as in wireless router - not mobile wireless) connections....iif its close enough to one of these connections, and the connection IS NOT encrypted, you chould be able to jump on wiht out a hitch.
