What kinds of technology do you expect within about 30 to 40 years from now?

Flying cars have existed for some time. They were developed some 40 years ago, however capitalization however means making small advancements and making as much money off of it one can. (i.e. Windshiled wipers, then Heaters, Then Radios, Seatbelts, Airbags, etc. etc. I do believe that Electrical powered cars will get a good foothold, then we will see flying cars, starting in a racing curcut. Then in Military, and Law enforcement and other emergency services, then VIP services, then wealthy and finally the general public.
